About Me
Hello! My name's Sam Brice and I'm a UX Designer. I have a great passion for creating visually aesthetic design that engages the viewer. Creativity runs in my family with my mum being a photographer so this is where my creative journey began! I believe I've always had a good eye for a picturesque moment or finding something in nothing and photography was the first way I expressed this. After studying it at A-Level and coming out with an A grade I decided that whilst I enjoyed capturing and editing images, it wasn't going to be my profession. After taking a year out to make a decision I decided that graphic design was the next step for me and NUA was the perfect place to do that. Here I was able to develop my existing skills as well as learn and master many more including new software and typography. However, the project from first year that sparked my interest the most was a UX Design project. Seeing design come to life and become interactive really stood out to me. Seeing progress happen instantly in front of me excited me and I knew then the course I would be pursuing for my remaining two years of university. And that brings me to today! Currently studying UX Design and set to graduate in July 2024.
